Please contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number.
All returns must include a copy of the invoice and an RMA number. Returns without RMA numbers will not be processed.
Shipping and handling cost is non-refundable.

All original packaging, accessories, and free gift(s), if applicable, must be returned along with the returned merchandise.
All returned items will be inspected prior to processing a refund or an exchange. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
Returned items must be well-packaged to avoid damage during transportation. Improper packaging on returned items by the buyer resulting in damages will be denied.
I Received Damaged Items
All of our items are inspected closely prior to packaging and shipping. Our merchandise are guaranteed to be defect-free when we ship them out.
If you item is damaged during transit, notify us within 7 days from the date of receipt and we will file a shipment claim with the carrier on your behalf, and we will arrange the return/exchange of your damaged item after shipment claim is filed and processed.
